It never gets old watching the delight on people's faces when they enter our store. The smiles, the wows, the oh my's, make our day each and every time. We hear things like "oh I thought you had used, beat-up furniture" "Wow, I thought you just had old office junk" , "Oh my goodness look at all this furniture"
We smile knowing that they are going to be even more surprised when they see our pricing....and boy are they ever!
They are happy we do not "follow" them around. We want them to experience our store with all the desks, chairs, pictures, lamps and the hidden surprises through out without being "watched". All encompassing the "Customer Surprise"
